Hormozgan Stone and Steel Company was registered in the Registration Office of Companies and Non-Commercial Institutions in 2013 with the aim of supplying raw materials for steel companies and as the largest producer of minerals in the south of the country. This company, which is located in Bandar Abbas, produces calcined lime, hydrated lime, micronized lime and bentonite with a nominal capacity of 32,000, 33,000, 18,000 and 36,000 tons, respectively.
